When I Wish Upon A Star

Today I've been good and bought some really nice presents, so I think I deserve to post a tiny little wish list here, just for myself, you know.

No. 1. THE JOB I LOVE
(No. 2. perhaps an engagement ring)

As you cannot personally give it to me, here are some other things that are also welcome:
  • an oboe of my own (in case you're an American uncle and don't know what to do with your money);
  • an oboe reed (much cheaper, and you can get it here, but don't hurry as I've just bought one);
  • jazz CDs and CDs from any of the following: Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Diana Krall, Annie Lennox, Norah Jones, Janis Joplin, Lana Del Rey, Adele, Yo Yo Ma, Ennio Morricone, John Williams (especially the Star Wars Symphony); you can find quite cheap jazz compilations, really;
  • red nail polish (any shade, but perhaps darker and richer ones are preferred, how bout essence colour & go 113 or 117);
  • books from this list (there's supposed to be a giftbox icon next to those someone has chosen but I'm not sure how it works);
  • kitchenware (pots, bowls, gadgets, spices, I especially would love to have tiny baking forms for souffle and the likes).
I'm not in urgent need of any of these except for no. 1., so I'm flexible about it.

And allow me a leak here: My boyfriend's gonna get this (I've bought the only copy). I'm sure he'll love it as much as I do. Oh, it feels so good to be an angel.

Finally a few pictures, you know, "capturing December," but nothing as good as Andi's here.

(I swear I took the photo before Andi's post)

P.S. Nutcracker fest is some campaign released by the Opera house. I've found this ballerina right in front of the Opera building. I saw a mouse and another ballerina near Deák but it was dark. I'm planning to take a photo of them later because I love them and I think Andi would love them too. What a day!
